Georgian Mens Coat about 1790 Sewing Pattern #0619 Size US 34-56 (EU 44-66)
This sewing pattern shows a coat from circa 1790 with the typical characteristics of the time just befor the french revolution. It has an exaggerated cutaway front with only two button-holes worked functionally, long and narrow sleeves ending in buttoned plackets and a high turndown collar. The narrow skirts are pleated at the sides, front and back are held together with thread brides and buttons, the center back slit is left open.
